Hi there,

I temporarily changed the CLIP SAVING FOLDER on my samsung alpha, then changed it back. Now, I'm getting a "cannot find the recorded file" message when I try to play my files. I need these urgently for work. Where can I find them? How can I get them back?

V7.5 and older versions, by default the folder name is "/xxxx/.BBRec" (please note the dot inside).
V7.6 and newer versions, by default the folder name is "/xxxx/BBRec" (please note there is no dot inside).
Here "xxxx" is different from phone to phone, for example the name of some phones is "/storage/sdcard0/BBRec".

It's different from phone to phone.

You forgot the folder name, I suggest:
- install a third-party file manager like ES Explorer.
- enable the "Show Hidden File" option in the file manager.
- use the file manager to check all folders one by one, you'll find it.
