after i installed,i used it without problems.but sometime after the software started to say "showing the most recent clips".so my question is does your software have a phone recording limit.after that limit exceeds cant it show all the recorded clips?
No, it has no recording limit, you can have unlimited clips.
Every time when you open the Clip List screen, if you have many clips (for example more than 1000 clips) it will occupy much memory and take a long time to display all these clips. To save memory and time Boldbeast always display the latest 200 clips.
Boldbeast uses advanced SQL Database technology managing all your clips, every clip is indexed by the SQL engine. If you want to see old clips, please use Search function to conditionally retrieve them, for example you can display clips:
- from 3-15-2011 to 5-27-2011.
- from 3-15-2011 to 5-27-2011, and contact name has "Jim" in it.
- from 3-15-2011 to 5-27-2011, and contact name has "Jim" in it, outgoing calls only.
It's very fast and convenient, even if you have a large number of clips.
