Perhaps you can post a complete "tree" or map of the menus and commands and features for Call Recorder for Android.
(I was just looking for the control to boost recording volume; found it once but can't find it again.)

On my SM-N9005 I do NOT get the option to choose "Record Format".
"Fix Recording Issues" is directly followed by
"WAV Sample Rate".
Then
"Increase Volume"(%)
Then
"Incoming calls"
and none of that "Alsa" or what follows.
I just upgraded/downloaded the very latest version 7.9 for Android.
