I have installed boldbeast in my Samsung Grand i9082 but it is not working... please guide me how to solve the problem
withany particular setting

Samsung disabled the call recording feature of Grand i9082.
You should root your phone, use Record Mode 21, 22, 23 or the Special Mode2 to record.
