phone: Allview P5 Quad - Android 4.2.1
After updating form V5.8 to V5.9 the app stopped recording calls. This is the first time I had issues with it. I tried changing the settings but nothing semes to work. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it with no luck.
Thank you for telling us this information. We have found the reason - the new log module is not compatible with your phone, when the app tries to log something it crashes, as a result the call is not recorded. We'll fix it soon. (Most phones work well, only a few phones have this problem).
Boldbeast Recorder V6.0 has fixed the problem, please install V6.0.
