Hi
Using note 3. works very good in voice calls. but when I make a video call I can only hear other side but my voice is not heard by other.
Any idea about how to fix it?

This is obviously a bug in the firmware, it's hard to fix it for a third-party app. Maybe Samsung will fix it in future firmware versions.
