Dear Customer Service,

I am using a Nokia phone type E6-00 with 3.40 Advanced Edition and recently I upgraded my device with software Nokia Belle Refresh.
I have installed the appliction ROM Patcher according to the description, now there is no beep during the call indeed, but instead of beep a crackling sound can be heard, which has not been the case before.
I don't know if there already has been a complaint for this malfunction, but anyway it's really annoying.
If I turn off the Boldbeast program, there is no crash anymore, so the problem is not caused by the speaker of the phone.
What can be done?

In Boldbeast Recorder set the Beep Suppress setting item to "Disabled" and test again.
