Hello, I had an A8+ recording my calls for about 2 years.. and also uploading to Google Drive as Backup.
I was using AAC, which was good for both quality and files size.
I've changed to a Zenfone, which have only WAV and MP3 options.
Android 8.1, no root, its working great.
What could I do to have AAC or an option for smaller files? Now I'm using MP3/16k sample.. but files are too big.
Do I need root the device for new options?
Is it a hardware limitation or rom limitation?
