I want to protect all calls on my call list pertaining to one individual.  I can protect most of this individual's calls but there are some that I can't protect.  When I try to protect certain calls from this person, I will get a  message back saying "0 recordings changed."  It appears to me that the calls from this person that I'm having a problem protecting are calls that are longer in duration.  Is there a solution to this issue?  My phone is Samsung Galaxy Note 8.  I'm using Boldbeast Pro version.

Please open the Call List screen, tap the top-right icon then tap "Rebuild List".
Now please try it again.
