Hi All,

After i used several softwares i found Boldbeast is best !! -- Thank you for that.
however i find difficult to follow the instruction provided below.
Q: Where are the recorded clips saved in? I can't find them in the phone.

A: To protect your privacy we used the Symbian Data Caging technology, other software (for example the media player etc.) can't visit clips in your phone. Press the "Copy To/Move To" menu item to copy/move clips to a public folder (for example E:\ABC folder) then you can transfer them to your computer.

Can some please let me know in a easier or better way to find it.

I'm Using Nokia E72, and the software is installed on E-Drive.

The recorded phone call clips are stored in this folder: E(C):\private\20044D75\PCClip.
the recorded voice memo clips are stored in this folder: E(C):\private\20044D75\VMClip
On the phone you can't see these folders in the file manager, or in the media player.

If you want to transfer recorded clips to your computer please:
- Create a public folder, for example E:\ABC folder.
- In boldbeast Recorder press the "Copy To/Move To" menu item to copy/move clips to E:\ABC folder.
- Now you can transfer clips from E:\ABC folder to your computer.
