We have observed that when we are recordings calls they are getting saved on phone. But when we tried to backup recordings on cloud it works for sometime but after that the Cloud folder option is Greyed out. When we click on it, it asks for Google account as we set Cloud Drive as Google Drive but nothing is happening. It keeps asking Google Account to select.

This is because Google shut down the API used by Boldbeast Recorder.
We have just released the new version of Boldbeast Recorder V14.0 that used a new API. Please update the app on your phone to V14.0. The problem has been fixed. Google Play may need time to publish it. If at this moment the new version is unavailable in your area please download it from our web site: https://www.boldbeast.com/android/call_recorder.html
