With the restrictions placed on call recording by the OS, it is a miracle that BoldBeast works [most times].

I am using a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 that does not have the native call recorder option.

When I attempt to record a call while using Bluetooth headphones, on playback, I can only hear my voice while the the receiver's voice can not be heard.

I have only tried Mode1 option on Record Mode.

Is there a work around on the use of Bluetooth headphones so both sides of the conversation can be heard?

There is a bug in the ROM of your phone related to bluetooth recording, no matter what recorder on the market you are using the problem is always there.
Only the manufacturer can fix it in future ROM updates.
