Hi I paid for the boldbeast  pro , but everytime I press Renew to get my machine id  code it doesn't work

It said my email doesn't exist

It says "it can not find my order number " I paid on PayPal.

I checked your order, you have paid successfully.
We were upgrading our server during last several hours, and this was the reason why orders were delayed to be processed. Now everything is OK.
Please open the "About" screen in Boldbeast Recorder, click the Restore button, the app will become the pro version at once.Thank you for your patience.

Hi, a similar problem......can you help please?
Since updating my phone to Android 10 it has changed my Bolbeast app from pro version to free, and it wont let me change it back to Pro.
