Hello,

I have tested different modes (1 to 14) and all of them have not produced a good recording.

What happens is that my voice sounds very static/garbled while the other side sounds very clear. Please solve this problem as the Nokia 9 has one of the best recording mic (ozo) and that was why I got it.

In your Nokia 9 Please use these settings to record calls:

- Record Mode: 1
- Record Format: MP3
- File Sampling Rate: test 8000, 16000, 32000, 44100, 48000 one by one

If the problem is still there, please change Record Mode to 5 and test above settings one by one again.
Does any one of them make recordings crystal clear?
