Greetings!
First of all, I Would like to thank you for your best BOLDBEAST software, Its Really Amazing i prefer it than other softwares available on the market this time.
Secoundly, My boldbeast software which i have downloaded from the official website does not work when i use the MP4 record format, it just stops recording the call and keep giving me all the time the following popup message :
(Recording error, Please try to change the sampling bitrate)
However, I tried Medium Bitrate & the high, both have not worked Well.
Meanwhile, The Low bitrate works well with MP4 Format.
I would like to use the High bitrate while recording the call on MP4 formart .. Please Help me to do so as i trust BOLDBEAST TEAM can solve this issue.
