Hi all,

I am wondering with the Galaxy S10 having been out for a bit, is there a fix for the Bluetooth recording issue?

I recently got S10 and transferred my old licence to it, but the BT recording only records one side. I noticed in the forum it was listed as a known issue - any update on this?

If you have not rooted the phone, there is no solution to the bluetooth problem in the market.
If you have rooted the phone, there is still no solution at this moment I believe. Please click "Call Settings - Fix Recording Issues - Ask New Parameters" in Boldbeast Recorder to send log files to me, let me check them and try to fix it.

If you have not rooted the phone, no need to send log files to me because important information is not included in your files.
