I recorded plenty of conversations and in the past, everything went fine (recordings with clear voices from both sides). When I checked the recordings after a while, today, I discovered that I cannot hear the other person's voice.

Question
Can I make a change or something, to hear the other person's voice, on the recordings that are already created?

You said "fine in the past, now only my voice recorded", obviously you changed something that made the problem.

Please
- update the app to the latest version (currently V11.5).
- click "Set Default Settings" in Boldbeast Recorder, then it works at once.

For old recordings that were saved, you can't "add the caller's voice into them".
