Suddenly my boldbeast stopped working. The record button goes back to off state after two seconds, and either there is no recording, or in some cases, there is a 1-2 second recording with no sound. I have checked the settings. I have turned off bluetooth, I have disabled Bixby sound commands, and I have tried restarting the phone, and restarting the app. But nothing helps. Any tips will be higly appreciated.

I have the pro version 11.2 GP.

PS And when I disable external player and try listening to a call, it's only shown as a smal strip at the bottom of the screen.

=> You changed something in the phone that is blocking the app working. Please see [001] in this page http://www.boldbeast.com/android/call_r … oting.html to know how to fix it. If you still can't fix it, please click "Call Settings - Fix Recording Issues - Ask New Parameters" to send log files to me, let me have a look at them and see what happened in your phone.

=> This is the way it works. The player inside the app works well and it occupies very little screen. During playing back a recording you can do other things on the screen in the same time. Green, light weight and super convenient.

I'll send you log files to service@boldbeast.com. Thanks.

On the playback issue: The strip is much smaller than it used to be before I started using an external player. You can't "see" the sound. It's just a dot moving along a line.

I checked your log files.

You enabled the "wifi call" feature. When the phone connected to wifi your calls were wifi calls so the app failed to record them. When the phone didn't connect to wifi your calls were normal calls so the app successfully recorded them. This is the reason why some calls were not saved, or the recordings had no sound even if they were saved.

Wifi calls can't be recorded, no matter what recorder you are using in the market. Please disable the "wifi call" feature in your phone, then all your calls will be recorded and saved reliably.

About the play back issue, can you please capture a screenshot and send the image to me? Let me have a look at it. Thanks.

Thank you for your mail yesterday, with the tip on the wifi call disabling. That worked!
