Dear All,

I have problem with bold beast software, i am using one plus 5T, i have issue regarding the recording, after activating the software it works for 2-4 min and shuts down on its own.

I have removed the recorded which has come with the mobile and turned off the Google OK but still the problem persists.

Need your kind selves help on the same.

The app doesn't have the limit, and Android doesn't have the limit either.
Other One Plus 5T users don't have the problem you said, users can record as long as they want, it's limited only by the disk space.

If needed please click "Call Settings - Fix Recording Issues - Ask New Parameters" in Boldbeast Recorder to send log files to me, let us have a look at them and see what happened in your phone.
