i am use nokia 6 mobile
i purchase this software but some incoming & outgoin callers voice is disable some call perfect but some call not perfect, i am not use bluetooth, i am use setting Record mode 1 & tune audio  group 3 & audio effect off....

please help

Actually Nokia 6 works very well.
You said "some call perfect but some call not perfect", please:

- click the "Call Settings - Fix Recording Issues - Ask New Parameters" item in Boldbeast Recorder to send log files to me.
- tell me which call (the date and time) was recorded perfectly.
- tell me which call (the date and time) was not recorded perfectly.

Let me check your log files and compare them to see what made the difference. Thanks.
