I am using v10.5GP. It will only record my voice clearly. The other person's voice is very weak and has interference in the background. I am not rooted.
EMUI: 5.1/android 7.0.
I have Google voice disabled.
I have the settings as suggested:
Record mode: 1 or 5 (I have tried all record modes)
Tune audio effect: no
Tune audio route: group3
I have it set as manual. I begin recording on answer. I have tried auto - which is what I want if I can get the app to record effectively.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Can you please click the "Call Settings - Fix Recording Issues - Ask New Parameters" item in Boldbeast Recorder to send log files to me? let me have a look at them and see what happened in your phone. Thanks.
