Today i purchased pro version .But  i am getting problem that caller voice or other side voice recorded very weak ,
plaease resolve my issue .

Please click the "Settings > Set Default Settings" item in Boldbeast Recorder, then it works at once.

As you advice i done all but my problem yet not solved.

My phone is not rooted,

so when outgoing call i am having problem
My friend answers the call after 15 seconds it records only my voice (the voice of your friend is weak),
Now please provide solution for this situation and provide me new setting for my device

Please click the "Settings > Set Default Settings" item in Boldbeast Recorder - that's suggested settings.

So your phone has EXACTLY the problem described in the [004] part in the link above. Please read the link again, the solution is described in it. It tells you what's the result if you root the phone, what's the result if you don't root the phone, very clear and very detailed.
