Hello,

I have the Pro version and it has worked well for a long time.
I do not have any other recording software installed but since a few days does not record anything give the error " Cannot record calls. Android allows only one recorder working...."
I also did not install any other programs.
I have no idea what can be.
Someone can help, please?

Please click the "Settings > Set Default Settings" item in Boldbeast Recorder and test again.

If the problem is still there, please see the [001] part in this page http://www.boldbeast.com/android/call_r … oting.html to disable OK Google, then test again.

If the problem is still there, please click the "Call Settings - Fix Recording Issues - Ask New Parameters" item in Boldbeast Recorder to send hardware log files to me, let me have a look at them and see what happened in your phone.

I had already disabled OK Google.
I'll fit in Default Settings and see what happens.
