My phone is a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 SM-N910F (XXU1DQB1)
Build number: MMB29M.N910FXXS1DQD6

If someone is calling me during a conversation I am recording then the phone number of the interrupting caller ends up in the call list in stead of the number of the person I was talking with.

In the most recent case I had called up a contact which I hadn't labeled, so the call list entry looked like this:

"1  Unknown
->  [number of interrupting caller] attended also"

I haven't experienced this during a call with a labeled contact, but I have once been interrupted by a labeled contact, which made the call list look like this:

"1  Unknown
->  Name Of Contact(number of contact) attended also"

Of course the interrupting caller didn't attend the conversation, and of course the number of the person I had called is more relevant than the number of the person trying to reach me during the call/recording.

Is this fixable?

When a call is ongoing and the call is being recorded, if a new call comes,

(1) some users choose to "hold the first call - answer the second call - talk in the second call - end the second call - switch back to the first call".
(2) some users choose to ignore the second call.

The recorder can detect the second call, but doesn't know if you answered the second call or ignored it. As a result the recorder adds a note "xxxx attended also" to the recording, here xxxx is the second caller's name or telephone number. It's a note to let you know that the second caller have attended the call (you answered him or ignored him). You can edit the note if you want.

This is not a bug, actually this is a useful feature, many users like it.

OK, I get it. But shouldn't the number of the first call be present in the call list too?

The screen of a phone is limited.
- If the call has no note, the telephone number will be displayed.
- If the call has a note, the telephone number will not be displayed, instead the note will be displayed. The telephone number is saved, you can click the call then click "Detail" to see it.
