Until very recently I have had no problem listening to and downloading calls from my Moto g first generation.  Now when I try to listen to them I get a message which says move file to "/storage/emulated/0/BBRec".  I have tried doing this but it says 0 calls moved.

Can anyone help please.

Most possibly you have changed the "App Settings - Clip Saving Folder" option in Boldbeast Recorder to a wrong location, please change it back to the right location.
