Dear Sir,
I own the pro version and i have a galaxy S4 GT-I9505. The paramater i used always from the first version are: Record mode 4 Tune audio route Group3 and Tune Samsung3 Group1. Before this version the program works great, but now it's impossible record and appear the message "Cannot record calls please change record mode etc...  Test and solve this problem. Thank you

Users said the new version V8.7 doesn't work with the 3GP and the MP4 format in some phones.
Please use WAV, AMR or AAC format to record calls, they work well. At this moment don't use 3GP and MP4, we'll fix it soon.

Hi sorry but i use wav and don't works. Please test and fix it!

We have just released the new version of Boldbeast Recorder V8.8.
Please update the app in your phone to V8.8, several bugs have been fixed in the new version.

Same problem also with this version 8.8.. Don't works!

Several users said Galaxy S4 phones have this problem.
At this moment please don't use the wav format to record calls in V8.8, instead please use other format for example 3gp, mp4, amr etc, it works well.
We'll investigate it further more. Thanks.
