I have emailed them numerous times to clear the LICENSES so I can use my new Note 7 with the software that I paid for. For over a week of daily e-mails and still no response. Has anyone else experienced the SHIT support from these assholes?

The license is a lifetime one, you can transfer the license from your old android phone to your new android phone if you change the phone, no need to pay again. You only need to pay once in a lifetime.

Why didn't you tell users "in 2016 within less than 4 months I have transferred the license 4 times, and I asked more and more"?
