Hello Team,

I have MotoG2 and I have taken the license for full recording and I do see the calls are getting recorded perfectly and saved under the receiver tab that shows in the app. However I wanted to send the audio file to someone and connected the USB cable to the system. to my shock, I do not see the latest calls in the folder that I see on app.

Any help. I also wanted to sort the calls basis the created dated, but that column does not show any date. Please may I suggest you work on this aspect so the users can sort out the details of the calls accordingly and find the calls.

I am hoping for a solution in this case to know how to see the latest calls in app on the desktop/laptop. Please do reach out to me at

Thank you,
Vijay Gopal

You can see recorded files in the Call List screen inside Boldbeast Recorder, that's great. You can also surely see them in a File Manager in your phone, file name, file size, date, time - all can be seen.

However when you connect your phone with your computer via a USB cable making the phone as a removable disk, from my experience, many phones have problems. Some phones may need to set special settings, for example change the USB mode to "Massive Storage", or change other things, please read the user manual of your phone. Some phones have bugs in the ROM that produces the problem, please contact the manufacturer for helps if needed.

In the File Manager in your computer, usually you can change the "view" to show only the file icon, or show the detailed information such as file name, size, date and time etc.
