Hi,

I'm a new user still testing things out. I got the Pro version. I can record calls and play them back on Android 6 on my G3, and I can save them on Google Drive, which is great.

However, Music Player For Google Drive, which claims to support .MP4, cannot play back the saved call.

If I download the .MP4 to My Mac, Quicktime can play it.

Do you have any suggestions?

In theory almost all music players can play back .MP4 files. If a player said it can but actually can't, it's possible there is something wrong in the player. Please contact the player developer to know the reason.
