Hello, I have Motorola Moto-G 8GB storage, Android Version 5.1. 1) My problem is right now I am getting the message on my handset 'Storage Space Running Out....' and I can't increase the memory of this phone and there is a big size file BBReg 1.15GB which I try to copy to my Desktop by USB Cable connecting this phone to Desktop but some how this does not copy the complete file. 2) When I run the Boldbeast on handset, I see all the telephone conversation but the same I can't see on the BBReg folder which I am trying to copy. Please tell me why it is like this and where I am making mistake 3) Is there any way, all my mobile conversation, gets recorded or copied automatically to Google Drive so every time I can keep free the memory of mobile free and all the recordings are available at Google Drive.
Please reply me in simple steps, being not expert in computer world.
Thanks.
1) I try to copy to my Desktop by USB Cable connecting this phone to Desktop but some how this does not copy the complete file.
=> With the USB cable connected to your computer, on the screen of your phone please use a finger to swipe from top toward bottom to open the Notification List, click the "Connected as XXXX" item and change related options, then test again.
2) When I run the Boldbeast on handset, I see all the telephone conversation but the same I can't see on the BBReg folder which I am trying to copy.
=> The solution is the same as 1) above.
3) Is there any way, all my mobile conversation, gets recorded or copied automatically to Google Drive so every time I can keep free the memory of mobile free and all the recordings are available at Google Drive.
=> Yes, of course. Please install Boldbeast Recorder V8.6 or newer versions, then in the app:
- set options in "App Settings > Backup Cloud Drive" to let the app back up recorded files automatically to your Google Drive.
- set "Call Settings > Max Space Limited (MB)" to a number (for example 2000 MB), when occupied space exceeds the number the oldest files will be automatically deleted from your phone.
