I try to configure the app for my samsung galaxy s4, but I have a problem. I hear me speak but when I listen my record, I don't hear the person who call me.
My settings :
Record mode : mode1
Tune audio effect : no
Tune audio route: group3
Tune samsung1 : on
Tune samsung2: on
Tune samsung3 : disabled
Can you help me to resolve my problem

Thanks for you response.
I tried the S5 settings but I have an error message : "Cannot record calls, please change "Record Mode" in settings and try again."
And I can record any message.
If Record Mode 1 doesn't work the only reason is, there is another recorder working in your phone.
Please uninstall all other recorders and test again.
