my phone is hanging after installation XT1068 android 6.0 and other side voice is also not pretty audible.
please help to fix the problem in new android OS(android 6.0)

"my phone is hanging" => it has nothing to do with Boldbeast Recorder, please check other apps.

after upgrade to android 6.0 in my my moto g2, its battery is draining very fast within 2 hours. what is reason

There are apps unnecessarily keep running in your phone, as a result the phone can't go to sleep so the battery is draining very fast.
You can open the built-in "Settings > Battery" to see what apps drained the battery.

Boldbeast Recorder is well designed, it's green and friendly to the system. It consumes very very little battery (almost negligible), you can check it yourself.
