Hi there
I purchased the version Pro of Call Recorder, but it does not record incoming call, only outgoing.
It writes an audio file, but silet, no sound in it.

Before the lollipop upgrade another product worked fine, so I suppose there is no thechnical issue.

I followed the hints on http://www.boldbeast.com/forum/topic102 … order.html without success.

Someone can help?

Please:
- uninstall all other recorders.
- follow this instructions http://www.boldbeast.com/forum/topic102 … rder.html.
- if the problem is still there, please click the "Call Settings - Fix Recording Issues - Ask New Parameters" item in Boldbeast Recorder to send hardware log files to me, let us have a look at them.
