In some countries the call recording feature of Galaxy Grand2 SM-G7102 is disabled by Samsung, as a result you can record only your voice, the caller's voice can't be recorded.

Please use these settings to record calls:

- Record Mode: 4, 1 or 5
- Record Format: WAV
- Tune Samsung1: No
- Tune Samsung2: No
- Tune Samsung3: No
- Tune Audio Route: Group3

Tested by users with Android 4.4.2 Samsung stock ROM, works like a charm.

Do you have any advice on how to setup BB in order to record calls via bluetooth headset?

Grand2 is not rooted, and I would like to stay unrooted.

Otherwise, app works perfectly, and records all calls!!!

Many phones have the bluetooth recording problem - the caller's voice can be recorded well but your voice can't be recorded via bluetooth, because there is a bug inside the ROM.

Please root your phone, enable the "Change Audio Controls" option in Boldbeast Recorder to fix the problem. The option is visible after you root the phone.
