Hi,

I am having a problem using BB on Lollipop (5.0.1) on unrooted Samsung Galaxy S4.
Almost every time a call is made (not not 100% of the time), it is made using the speaker, despite the fact that speaker icon is not highlighted. I have to switch the speaker on and then off to return to the call normally.

I've checked the advanced settings and they seem to be correct?

Any ideas?

Put in a dot before com

Please try to disable Tune Samsung1 or Tune Samsung2, has it any change?
