I'm using Samsung Galaxy s7,
During calls when I'm using plugged earphones (Not Bluetooth) the calls recording on very low volume, and it almost impossible to hear the call records.
In fact, I need to copy the recording files to my PC (Windows) and to use Audacity tool and use the audio normalization feature to increase to the minimum threshold.

Is it possible to add a feature in the software, which will be Audio Normalization?
or, to find a solution for call records that use earphone (plugged and not Bluetooth)

Usually the sound of recordings is normalized automatically by the phone. It seems your phone has problems related to wired headset, and that made the problem. I'm afraid apps on the market can't fix the problem unfortunately.

Thanks for the Audio Normalization suggestion. We'll consider it.
