Hi,

I really like the Boldbeast app and would like to purchase the premium version.

However, on my new M31 Samsung phone call recordings is not possible(Android 10). (I am from The Netherlands btw, regional lock?)

My friend his Samsung A70 (2019) does work with Boldbeast(Android 10 as well), as well as my old Samsung Note 4 and Samsung S6.

Do you have any possible solutions and is this a known issue?

Perhaps I should get a different new phone but don't want to risk a new disappointment.

Hi,

Thank you very much for replying.

I have tried the steps from 009, but no results yet. The phone is from august 2020 - the India Samsung M31 versions come with record option provided in the firmware.

I am from The Netherlands and have a more rigid version I think, it is not included. Perhaps I should try to get an India firmware on a European one? Or I could just wait and use my another (old) phone for recording.

Let me know you think is best.

So you need to root the phone to fix the problem. If you don't want to root the phone, you can use your old phone to record calls.

Okay, I look for a M31 root option and will try again and let you know if that works for me.

There is no root possible for this phone (yet).
