First off, I have been using your product for YEARS and absolutely love it! Thanks for creating it in the first place. :)

I used to use BB with a headset for work. That being said, I recently purchased an Samsung S20+ and it doesn't have the ability to use a traditional headset. So, I am using a usb c version. Without the headset plugged in, I am able to record both sides of the conversation. When I plug the headset into usb c, the recording of my voice improves; but it doesn't record the other side of the conversation. Any suggestions on this by chance?


Btw, I am in the USA on Sprint/T-mobile if that matters.

There is a bug in the ROM of your phone related to recording via headset, no matter what recorder on the market you are using the problem is always there.
Only the manufacturer can fix it in future ROM updates unfortunately.

Thank you very much for your reply! Hopefully they will fix that in time. At least, I know it's not something I am doing. :)

Do you happen to know if that is also the case with bluetooth headsets? Or will boldbeast work with this phone and a bluetooth headset?

Many phones have bugs in the ROM related to recording via bluetooth headset.
I don't know if your phone has problem or not with bluetooth. Sorry.
