Hi

Last night I updated my phone to Android 10 and then downloaded your app.
At the moment it's the free version but looking to purchase premium when and if I can get the app to work.
However, there are several issues.

No caller I'd.

Outgoing calls
My voice fine
Other voice is non existent after the initial hello and even that is very very weak, almost unhearable.

Incoming calls.
My voice is fine.
Caller voice is completely none existent.

Phone specs are:
Samsung S9
SM-G960F
Exynos9810 hardware
Android 10
UK based

Any help appreciated

1. Please install Boldbeast Recorder from https://www.boldbeast.com/android/call_recorder.html directly to overwrite the version in your phone, at once the telephone number and contact name problem will disappear.

Don't uninstall the app then reinstall it. Instead please install and overwrite it directly, so that all your settings and recordings will remain unchanged.

2. Please see [009] in this page http://www.boldbeast.com/android/call_r … oting.html to use suggested settings to record calls. If it works, that's OK, otherwise you should root the phone to fix it because in this case all other recorders surely don't work either.
