My wife and I both purchased BB last year.  Awesome product.  We recently purchased new phones, changed carriers, and we both use multiple google accounts on our phones so the process of installation / configuration is loads of fun.  I was able to easily restore my license for BB using the app, while my wife cannot.  All Google accounts are present on her phone.  How can we get her license back?

If your wife's phone is running Android 9 or an older version, please
- open the page http://www.boldbeast.com/android/call_r … trans.html
- input your Google Play order number
- input the MachineID of your new phone (you can see the MachineID in the "About" screen inside Boldbeast Recorder)
- click the Transfer button
- open the "About" screen in Boldbeast Recorder, click the Restore button, the app will become the PRO version at once.

If your wife's phone is running Android 10 or a newer version, please
- open the "About" screen in Boldbeast Recorder
- click the Restore button
- select "I bought the license from Google Play"
- input the order number
- click OK, the app will become the pro version at once.
