Dear Boldbeast. I have enjoyed BB in latest years. Sudently on aprox 2020-01-21 my sound-recording disapeared, so that the recorded calls are soundless. I can hear the voice in the phone - see the Boldbeast is on ans the time-counter is running a´nd savin it in both local phone SD card and external cloud - BUT NO SOUND RECORDED ?
I have a Samsung J3 (samsung model sm-j330F) with android 9.

How can I get Boldbeast to work again ?

Please:
- Update Boldbeast Recorder to V13.2.
- In Boldbeast Recorder tap "Call Settings - Manually Record Calls - Hotkey" to open the Accessibility settings screen, enable Boldbeast Call Recorder accessibility service on the screen. 
- In Boldbeast Recorder use Record Mode 12 to record calls.
How about it?
