I've installed the latest version of boldbeast pro. It saving files with name_num-date-time_I_P300.mp3 , either i dialed number or receive a call. Same pattern.
Any idea,to save out going as O and incoming denote as I.

Please install Boldbeast Recorder from https://www.boldbeast.com/android/call_recorder.html directly to overwrite the version in your phone, at once the telephone number and contact name problem will disappear.

Don't uninstall the app then reinstall it. Instead please install and overwrite it directly, so that all your settings and recordings will remain unchanged.
Well my issue is, the file is saved but how do i know its out going or incoming call. All h e sae pattern "I" in it. I do have name nimber and tie date but not mentioned that it is incomming or out going call.

Some phones tell phone numbers to the recorder even if the recorder doesn't have related permissions, but don't tell the incoming or outgoing information to the recorder without permissions granted. Obviously your phone is in this situation. Please do the thing asked in the post #2 above, the problem will disappear at once.
