I've just enabled screen call feature and noticed that Boldbeast recorder cannot record anything. Since I am not in the US, I manually enabled screen call.


I set my settings as ALSA mode written in here (https://www.boldbeast.com/forum/topic16 … order.html) but every call recording is not working (just showing me an error message that I should refer Troubleshooting [001])

Is there any solution for using both call recording and screen call features?

Please change following settings in Boldbeast Recorder to perfectly fix the problem:

Call Settings - Incoming Calls - Auto Detect Answered State: No
Call Settings - Incoming Calls - Answered State Delay (Seconds): 3
