dear sir

i need help

the application was working so nice on my mobile samsung s8 ..but after i update software on 13/6/2019....the application only record my voice and also show the other mobile number 000000..
i tried and folow all troubleshooting solutions but nothing success ..i also uninstalled applicaton and reinstall it again but no usefull.

please advise me as soon ass possible
