Motorola MB860 uses the Nvidia Tegra 2 chipset. This chipset is not so popular, CM ROM developers and call recorder developers are not familiar with it. So even if you have rooted the phone, I'm afraid there is still no solution in the market for a third-party ROM. Maybe you should consider the Motorola stock ROM.
