If you have several calls in a queue, the program records them as one and saves them under a last callers name. The problem appears when you change the call in the fly. This is useful with a conference call but it makes it very difficult to find a record of a specific call under a false name later.

Is there any way to get around this?

You can press the "Rename" menu item to change the clip to a meaningful suitable name.

Rename does not do the trick. If you have several important calls in a queue there will be only one record file which includes them all. Which name would that be then?

The only way to separate them would be editing the file with an editing software and then time stamps etc. will be lost.

Can you work this out?

The Symbian system doesn't notify the recorder of the call switching, the recorder is hard to deal with it.
