Hello can anyone confirm if the call recorder is working on the Samsung galaxy s9+ smg-965f on android pie 9 please before I update my phone software .

In some countries it works great, no root needed.
In some countries it can record your own voice only, so root is needed to fix the problem.
I don't want to update my phone and find the call recorder does not work as the phone is brand new and rooting is not an option
