So I just downloaded the boldbeast app, however in recording a phone call it goes from a red paw to a green paw back-and-forth back-and-forth. It says on the screen that voip calls can not be recorded( such as Skype, WhatsApp, Viber, Wechat, etc, etc..) however I'm not using a Voip app at all. But my app continues to go from recording (green paw) to stopped recording (red paw) I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app 3 times.
Please help. I'm desperate.

You said you are not using a voip app, so you must be making wifi calls.
Voip calls and wifi calls cannot be recorded, no matter what recorder in the market you are using. This is limited by Android. Only normal calls can be recorded. Please disable the wifi call feature in your phone, then all your calls will be recorded reliably.
