I think it would be interesting to have in the settings for recording notes audio gain adjustments, input filter and output filter, similar to that offered by the Microphone Amplifier application, with very simple control to handle. It would be a very professional upgrade.
There are little things the recorder can adjust, because Android doesn't allow it to do so.
For example Android doesn't allow a third-party app to change the microphone gain.
