Hello.

Motorola G4 Plus rooted. Android 7.0.

Boldbeast has been working great for months until I updated the software with the security patch and wiped my phone back to factory settings.
I normally record call manually, on about 1 in 4 recording there is no audio, just a silent recording.
My Moto G4 Plus that has been rooted. I have granted Boldbeast recorder super user access.
I have checked that google and Motorola voice services are disabled.
It is not a power saving issue as the calls can be recorded just no audio.
Any assistance greatly apreciated.

Have you enabled the "Call Settings - Fix Recording Issues - Change Audio Controls" option? Please enable it to fix the problem.

Already got "Call Settings - Fix Recording Issues - Change Audio Controls" enabled.

So please use these settings to record calls:

- Record Mode: Alsa
- Alsa Device: Auto
- Alsa Bits: 16 Bits
- Alsa Channels: Auto
- Alsa Sampling Rate: Auto
- Fix Recording Issues - Change Audio Controls: Yes
- Fix Recording Issues - Change Audio Driver: No
- Fix Recording Issues - Start Input Stream: No

Early days but so far so good, all calls recording, clear sound and both sides.
